"Milly was calm and patient and put my son at ease straight away. Her assessment was thorough and he loved getting stickers throughout the session- he didn't realise his speech was being assessed. Milly spent a lot of time carefully explaining the results of her assessment which really helped me to understand my son's strengths and difficulties. The strategies and activities Milly suggested we try worked straight away and my son's speech is now clear to most adults. His confidence has grown so much, I would definitely recommend Milly as a speech and language therapist."

"I just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been working with you. You have such a talent for getting to the bottom of the problem and giving the children an enjoyable successful programme to work on. I have never worked with someone where the children’s speech and language improves so well and they often come off their programme! On top of that you supported me so kindly and encouragingly. Thank you so much."

"I would highly recommend Milly as a Speech & Language Therapist.  My 4 year old daughter liked her straight away thanks to her kind and friendly manner and fun activities! Milly's advice was really useful with practical ideas for myself and my daughter's new class teacher. Thanks to Milly's specific input my daughter's speech difficulties improved greatly and now her speech is clear and easy to understand.  I found Milly to be very easy to talk to and down-to-earth, whilst also being highly professional.  I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Milly to friends. Thank you Milly!"

"We consulted Milly when our daughter Erin was approaching 2 years old. Because speech delay runs in our family, we were concerned that she was noticeably behind her peers in terms of the range of words she was using and her attempts at forming them into sentences. Straight away, Milly was able to reassure us that Erin's language abilities were well within the range of what was considered to be normal for her age. She was also able to give us some language exercises that we could easily introduce into our daily routines that would encourage Erin to start to form simple sentences. She made rapid progress and by the time she was 2 and a half, had not only caught up with her peers but had developed into a veritable chatterbox! We are so grateful to Milly for her role in Erin's development, but above all for putting our fears to rest at a very stressful time. We cannot recommend Milly highly enough, not only for the breadth of her knowledge and practical experience, but for her kind, patient and gentle manner which is so important when working with toddlers – and their parents!"
